More from the Garden!

We just picked two of the most delicious zucchini from our garden! Whether you have a garden in your backyard or you’re enjoying the fresh fruits and vegetables from your local area, it’s a wonderful time of year to eat as much locally grown food as possible!

Simple recipe:
Slice the zuchinni down the middle, and then cut again down the middle of each half. We call them zucchini spears. Add some olive oil, salt and fresh ground pepper.
Turn the oven to 375 and bake for 15-17 minutes. Enjoy!
